Coupons can optionally be tied to both the products in your Product Catalog and to products in your Shopping Lists.

Because you can enter any values in both Products and Coupons, you must tell Grocery-Tracker what Coupons go with what Products.

By linking a coupon to a product in your shopping list, the savings will be applied, a coupon pushpin will appear next to the items description and the coupon quantity on hand will be reduced.

To link a coupon in your Shopping List, the product must first be on your list. Then, long-tap the product and the Manage Item screen will appear. On this screen, long-tapping on the "Coupon" amount field will bring up the "Link Coupon Screen".

When first viewed, the screen will be blank. Tapping the "ShowAll" button will display your available coupons.

The ShowAll button title will change to "Show Linked".

Tapping on a coupon will then "link" that coupon to the current shopping list item, as shown here.

Tapping on the "Show Linked" button will then display the Linked coupons.

Once you tap the "Back" button, you will be returned to the "Manage Item" screen and the coupon amount will be filled in.

Here, your shopping list is displayed.

The Red push-pin denotes that a manually entered coupon amount is present.

The Green push-pin denotes that a coupon is linked to the current product.

The final step in utilizing Coupons is to link a coupon to your product catalog and to the Shop-Add screen.

Tap your devices "Menu" key and the "Link Products" option will appear.

Tapping on it will take you to the Link Products screen.

A green pushpin denotes that a coupon is linked to this shopping list product.

A Red and Green pushpin denotes that a coupon is linked to this product, but is NOT yet linked to the shoppinglist.
